So I finally put together, over the course of a couple of years, this full Florsheim Royal Imperial shoe, shoe tree, and shoe bag set. I found the vintage Florsheim Royal Imperial shoe bags while thrifting on Thursday. They were $3, and were sold as a bundle with a pair of Nordstrom shoe trees.

Now I’m 2 pairs of shoe bags, and 1 pair of Florsheim Royal Imperial shoe trees from having 3 full sets of FRI shoe accoutrements, but I’m not holding my breath on those….

Picked up a bunch of shoe trees at the thrift shop today, including two pairs of vintage Florsheim ones. For my vintage Florsheims. $1.50/pair. 

By the way, I’m not sure this gets mentioned enough, but thrift shops are a great place to get shoe trees. If they’re cedar, and old and lacking fragrance, just give them a mild sanding and they’ll be as good as new.
